There is no set up fee unless a remote connection to your system is required.  HPG partners with an IT professional service provider and any related charges are billed separately from the monthly plans.

Yes.  Same day turn around is available at expedited pricing. 

Yes.  Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.  Requested changes take effect at the start of the following month.

We do our very best to make sure your hours are fully utilized.  Our assistants work closely with you to strategize support that delivers maximum value.  While unused hours cannot roll over, being on the right plan ensures you always have the coverage you need.  

No long-term commitment is required.  You may cancel at any time, with cancellations taking effect the following month.  Please note that unused hours cannot be credited back or prorated.
