Whether using Trial Director, PowerPoint, or other platforms, we assist with exhibit display during openings, witness examinations, and closings. This allows attorneys to present their case with precision and impact.

 I provide specialized litigation support tailored to the unique demands of CJA Panel Attorneys. This includes managing and organizing voluminous discovery, conducting detailed searches, and drafting pleadings, motions, and memorandums.  I also provide mitigation support for sentencing, including meeting with the client, reviewing and obtaining records, and drafting your sentencing memorandum. My support also extends into the courtroom with technology assistance using Trial Director and PowerPoint, as well as behind-the-scenes guidance in creating trial budgets   All services are provided with an understanding of CJA protocols.
